Days 1–3 · South Shore

Lighthouse road beginnings

Leave Halifax for Peggy’s Cove, Mahone Bay and Lunenburg, then continue toward quieter beaches and harbours around Liverpool.

Days 4–6 · Annapolis Valley

Cross from ocean to tides

Turn inland through Kejimkujik toward Digby and Wolfville for Fundy viewpoints, vineyards and a dramatically different coastline.

Days 7–9 · New Brunswick

Follow the Fundy shore

Cross to Saint John, stop at Fundy National Park and Hopewell Rocks, and let the tide timetable set the pace.

Days 10–13 · Prince Edward Island

Red roads and long beaches

Use Charlottetown as an anchor, then explore the north shore, small harbours and the island’s quieter western roads before returning via the bridge or ferry.
