Travel information, not a promise
The site offers independent inspiration and planning information. It is not a booking service, navigation service, emergency service or substitute for official travel, road, weather, park, border, insurance or rental-company advice. Distances, journey times, access, prices, opening dates and conditions change.
Before driving, check the relevant government, provincial or territorial road service, weather warnings, park authority, ferry operator and your rental agreement. Use your own judgement and never follow a route where conditions or signs make it unsafe or unlawful.
Using the site
You may browse, save links and print a reasonable number of pages for personal trip planning. Do not attack or probe the service, bypass access controls, scrape it at a level that harms availability, misrepresent Canada Hols content as your own, or use the site for unlawful activity.
Member accounts
Member accounts and community uploads are for people aged 18 or over. You must use an email address you control, keep your password secure, confirm that you are an adult and provide an appropriate public name. Optional travel preferences may be left blank.

Unless a credit says otherwise, the site’s design, text, code and original editorial material belong to Halabuda Labs Ltd. or its licensors. Third-party photographs and map data remain subject to their stated licences and attribution.
Community material
Contributors remain responsible for their material. Approval means it passed an editorial review at that time, not that Canada Hols guarantees its accuracy. We may edit, label, hide or remove community material and are not obliged to publish any submission. See the contributor licence and community rules.

Links to map apps, hotels, parks and other sites are provided for convenience. We do not control their availability, terms, privacy practices or current information. A link or mention is not an endorsement unless we clearly say so.

We aim to keep the site useful and secure but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access.
