Include enough to act
- Identify the photograph, words or route and give the Canada Hols page or contribution reference.
- Explain the right you own or represent and where the authorised original can be found.
- Describe the use you object to and the outcome you want.
- Give your name and a working email so we can verify and reply.
Knowingly making a false claim can harm another person. Send accurate information and tell us if a dispute is already before a court or platform.
What we do
We aim to acknowledge a complete request within two working days. We may temporarily hide the material, contact the contributor, ask for evidence and then remove, restore or amend it. Complex ownership disputes may require independent legal advice or a court decision.
